Fantastic Customer Service

I received my order a few days ago from the UPS delivery guy. When I opened the box and pulled out the bag I found a nice mixture of products in the bottom of the plastic shipping bag. Looks like UPS delicate package handling techniques where to blame. Anyway I emailed Kellie. She responed quickly via email and had replacements on there way the morning that I emailed. Now thats what I call fantastic customer service and going all out the extra mile. I just wanted to thank you for doing that. I was going to file a damage claim with ups but Kellie told me that she would take care of it and she did. I'll be ordering more product soon. Thanks again.

Customer satisfaction is number one to us. We package up the products very well. We seal them in plastic bags,use sealed caps, tape the caps, double tape the box, use bubble wrap to cushion the tops of the bottles and use styrofoam peanuts. But, occasionally we do have some damaged packages. Sorry you had a problem. Thanks.

Thank you to and Kellie for doing a great job with customer satisfaction. Good Customer support is big thing with me. Even if I have to pay more for a product if the customer support outstanding then the extra money for the item is worth it to me.

Their excellent customer service is pretty well known with detailers here in the Tampa area. I bet that alone brings them alot of business.
